Information on how to register a referral and be awarded a referral fee or “prize” form part of these Conditions to qualify.

Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is open to all persons who refer another person to MK&S Constructions Pty Ltd.

A person must refer another person, you cannot refer yourself.

Promotion commences on 1st March 2024 and closes at 4.30pm, 30th June 2025.

To qualify for a prize, the referred must spend $250,000.00 or more during this period on an new build, or alteration. There is no limit on the number of referrals one person can submit. Prize rewards listed are incentives only for values on offer and remain subject to availability and price fluctuations.

Maximum prize value is capped at the total value of $10,000.00 for any equivalent project contract signed up for that is worth $1,000,000.01 or more.

Referrers who qualify for a prize rewards will be contacted by MK&S Constructions Pty Ltd to notify them when the prize is available for collection, or to arrange delivery.

This will be agreed upon after signing of the referral or be paid as a referral fee in three installments at the beginning of the project, in the middle and upon completion and final payment to MK&S Constructions Pty Ltd.

In the event of multiple people referring the same referred person, only one referrer will be awarded the referral fee. The single referral fee will be decided based on the service policy whereby the referral entries are attended to in the order that they arrived, without other biases or preferences. Essentially a first in basis.

In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry into the referral process deems consent to use referrers names and photographs for any promotional marketing purposes, including publishing names on www.mksconstructions.com.au and www.facebook.com/mksconstructions. Photographs to be supplied by referral participants.

Referral fees and “prizes” are incentives only for the value on offer:

The referred signs a contract with MK&S Constructions Pty Ltd valued at $250,000.00 or more, the Referrer’s prize will equal the monetary value equivalent to 1% of the signed contract value up to a maximum amount of $10,000.00 in one of the following options:

-Monetary donation to a selected charitable donation, social or recreational club or association, religious organisation, or another organisation deemed suitable to the Promotor to be able to accept donations of monetary gifts.

-Prepaid Visa Debit Card to the value of 1% of the contract value.

-Harvey Norman Gift Voucher for products sold by Harvey Norman either in store or online.

-Flight Centre Gift Voucher for products sold by Flight Centre in store.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

If the reward takes the form of a vouchers as a prize, it is the responsibility of the recipient of the reward to check the vouchers expiry date and failure to redeem these vouchers before the expiry date will make the voucher prize null and void. MK&S Constructions Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for expired gift vouchers.

If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.

MK&S Constructions Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
